Air Compressor Oils

AERO XL is an synthetic air compressor oil that will provide a long fluid life even in extreme environmental conditions. AERO XL is also ideal for compressors prone to heavy carbon and varnish deposits, keeping these compressors running clean. AERO XL is compatible with a wide range of air compressor oils, allowing for easy fluid replacement without flushing.

AERO-DE is a diester based air compressor lubricant that has been formulated for use in air and gas compressors with high discharge temperatures. Through the use of diester base oils, AERO-DE will ensure a clean running compressor and will actively remove existing sludge and varnish deposits.

AERO E is an ester-based air compressor lubricant that has been formulated for use in air and gas compressors with high discharge temperatures.  AERO-E is a highly stable formulation and will resist degradation and oxidation even at extremely high temperatures. AERO-E offers excellent resistance against carbon and varnish formation and is thus ideal for compressors prone to cleanliness issues.

AERO COOL is a specially formulated lubricant and coolant that is designed for long term use in air compressors. This advanced PAG/ester formulation has an extremely long oil life and is a very clean running formulation. It provides better protection against water contamination, rust as well as sludge and carbon buildup.

AERO 8000 is an advanced air compressor lubricant that is composed of highly refined mineral oil and will provide 8.000 hours of service even in high temperature applications AERO 8000 is also ideal for air compressors in hot and humid environments.

AERO GOLD is an advanced air compressor lubricant that is composed of a blend of highly refined mineral oil and synthetic ester base stocks. This combination of base fluids ensures a long fluid life, clean operations and reduced maintenance costs even in harsh operating environments. Compressors using AERO GOLD are significantly less susceptible to carbon and varnish buildup and will generally operate cooler.

AERO 4000 is an air compressor lubricant that is composed of highly refined mineral oil and will provide 4.000 hours of service. AERO 4000 is a versatile lubricant that has been formulated for use in portable and stationary air compressors.

AERO FGXL utilizes next generation synthetic food grade base oils to provide a very long fluid life, and ultra clean performance all while meeting food grade requirements. AERO FGXL is formulated to improve cleanliness by removing carbon and varnish deposits. AERO FGXL complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 requirements and has been registered as H-1 by NSF

AERO FG is a mineral oil based food grade air compressor oil that has been formulated for use in air compressors and hydraulic system applications where incidental food contact is possible. AERO FG is versatile formulation. In addition to air compressor applications, Aero FG can also be used in hydraulic systems and crankcases.

Aero LC is a diester based compressor lubricant and cleaner. This fully formulated compressor lubricant safely cleans compressors of varnish and sludge deposits while in operation. Aero LC is compatible with most mineral oil, PAO, ester and PAG/ester-based compressor oils.
